So many people that are new. Congratulations to your milestones and anyone who will be celebrating.

And all the old timers in the house, thank you for my life and my sobriety. Oh goodness, gracious,

great balls of five. I'll begin by saying my sobriety date is March 29, 1990, but for the grace

of God, sponsorship, 12 steps, 12 traditions, meetings, home groups, it takes a village.

I've had the honor and the privilege of being with you all for the last 32 years. Welcome to our

Alinan. I'm an Alonon too, so welcome. I've been in Alonan for the last 32 years. Welcome to our Al-Anon. I'm an Al-Anon too, so welcome.

Been in Al-Nan-Nor for 32 years. Keeps me sane and it keeps a lot of people alive. So welcome.

I'm glad you're here. You know, again, that's so odd. I was looking at that topic. I was like,

I think maybe that's the name of their meeting. But dealing with rejection, that's so odd. I was looking at that topic. I was like, I think maybe that's the name of their meeting.

But dealing with rejection, that's interesting because I don't know if I deal with it other than I have an experience of rejection.

And I have an opportunity to become aware of what that's all about and then incorporate

the 12 steps how to reach some level of resolve. So I don't know if I've arrived at this place

of being okay with being rejected. I still struggle when it happens and certainly it stems from the abandonment of how I came into this world.

You know, I was not wanted.

I'm born addicted.

My mother's an alcoholic.

I'll say an alcoholic is anonymous.

It's interesting.

She has Alzheimer's now.

And so I tell people, could you imagine she's an alcoholic that anonymous. It's interesting. She has Alzheimer's now. And so I tell people,
