I'm here tonight by the grace of God and the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous and

you know, anybody who struggles with the miracles, I can assure you I'm one of them.

I'm an alcoholic of that kind who shouldn't be here.

You know, I, you know, I lived a very dangerous life prior to commonly alcoholics anonymous

and it was, it was, you know, it was, it was a rollercoaster of a raid until I finally got

to the rooms.

I was going to say my name is Richard and I'm really pleased to be here.

There's a few faces that I, I should be no, I'm living in south-west France and I'm here.

I'm renovating the very old farmhouse which is hard work, but I'm really enjoying it and

I had a friend today who came yesterday and stayed and we had a great, great time together.

It was lovely to see him in, in, in 3D because we've only met him in, on Zoom and it's funny

when you meet another alcoholic, how easy it is, is if you know, I've known that person for,

for, for, for a lifetime, there's just something clicks and that's, that's how I've always felt

in alcoholics anonymous. That's the true identification. You don't, you don't have to try.

You just fall into a conversation with another alcoholic and that's, that's, you know,

again, something that is, I, I became aware of very early on in a, but some,
