And this is for, this is from the everybody gets a participation trophy category.

This is a top-ranked school, allegedly delayed, notifying students of their national academic

honors in the name of equity.

Some of these kids were notified that they won or they were honored too late to put it

on their college admittance resume.

Which is awful because getting into certain colleges is every single bit a competition.

For example, the United States Military Academy at West Point, which I received an offer

of admission to, it was a very fierce competition to get into that school.

I had to work my tail off every single day.

And I badgered the ladies at the Secretary desk at my small Christian high school in

Muncie almost every day at one month of February on whether they would get my academic

honors stuff to me so that I could get it to West Point.

I understand exactly what's going on that, oh, well, you know, there's someone who's

not as smart as you and you don't want them to feel bad.

So we're not going to give you your award.

It's so pathetic how much we are enshrining the value of mediocrity in this country over

meritocracy.

Is the dumbing down of America?

So the school said they wanted to recognize students as individuals, not their achievements.

As if the two could be separated, aren't there achievements who they are as individuals?

There were several individuals in my high school, several individuals in my college.
