These days, so much of the attention in the cruise world is aimed at the latest and biggest cruise ships in the world.

Big cruise ships certainly offer a lot, but the smaller ships are not without their own charm.

In fact, I want to share some of the

really cool things that only a smaller Royal Caribbean ship can offer. It's a countdown of the

top five features only found on a smaller Royal Caribbean ship. Here we go.

Royal Caribbean's fleet of ships offer a truly impressive array of options to consider.

There's over 20-some-odd ships in the fleet, and they go to all different places all around the world, and they do come in various sizes.

And, you know, I'm very guilty as much as anybody of talking and putting a lot of attention towards the bigger ships in the fleet.

In fact, Royal Caribbean's fleet has been getting

progressively bigger for a number of years. And when we say bigger, we mean the ship size is bigger,

right? Bigger ships, bigger offerings, new features on there. Look, it's going to garner attention.

It's going to get a lot of people interested in cruising. And there's a reason why it gets so much

attention. But inevitably, at some point, people start looking at the other ships in the fleet.

Now, if you're new to cruising, you may be like myself.

When I first started cruising, I was like, oh, man, I want to go on the big ships.

I remember, you know, we started cruising with Royal Caribbean because of Oasis of the Seas, right?

And then we trade out the Freedom Class and some other O of class ships. You know, and then later on we're like, hmm, maybe we should try some of those smaller ships as well.

And I think inevitably as you cruise, you start to say,

hmm, maybe there is something more to those other ships in the fleet.

And we talk about the smaller ships.
