Did not sleep well last night.

No, tossing and turning issues.

Yeah, one of those nights that sucks dude i yesterday i don't know if you guys noticed during the show i had like a literally like a four hour long allergy attack throughout the show like you were sneezing a lot yesterday i just had issues like some mornings i've come in here i'll sneeze four or five times, stop, sneeze a couple more times, and it just passes and subsides. Yesterday, it just was constant for four plus hours, continued on my drive home. So I went home and I took two Benadryl, which I just felt like I had to. It was a knockout punch. It was a knockout punch. I mean, I took an hour and like 35 minute nap. Well, how could you survive that? And when I woke up, I just felt, I just felt like

groggy for the next hour. Is there such a thing as like aadryl that doesn't put you to sleep?

There are other medications for allergies, but some of them make me even, like, sleepy.

Like, I can't take Zyrtec.

Like, that completely knocks me out.

Oh, really?

The two Benadryls knocked me out.

My issue was I didn't have any sort of like Allegro or nasal spray with me yesterday

to alleviate what was what was happening. But I just had to gulp down to Benadryl and I was

out within 20 minutes. I was done so. Are you taking that every night? No. But like sometimes I do

take, I mean, I've talked about on the show many times i do take benedrill

a sleep aid more and more than like an allergy right you know issue and medication do you still

have your two beers yeah of course yeah that's okay well benadryl plus the two bill

consider the third but thought better of it
