There was some big news over the weekend.

It was Friday. Friday afternoon, maybe Friday evening.

The guy that we've talked about, Eby was coveting.

I mean, I is now a member of the Baltimore Avans. Max Crosby lands in Baltimore. Yeah, good on there. The huge trade. I didn't think that they would actually pull it off. And talking about the commanders, just didn't seem like there was any momentum. But it's a great deal, I think. Good on both sides. They got two first rounders out of the deal. I know. Which I'm surprised. It's a lot of, not that he's not worth it. I think he is. I was thinking about Matt after that went down. I mean, the Ravens usually don't trade away draft picks. They love their draft picks. They've never dealt a first round pick ever. Yeah, and they deal two. And they get Max Crosby, all right? He's 28 stud defensive end. He's an absolute monster. I mean, if he's healthy and plays the entire he'll give you almost 20 sacks. But I was just thinking, Matt, do you like giving up two first rounders for an edge?

I don't like giving up two first rounders, but in Bashati's presser, after they fired John Harbaugh, he said, I'm selling the team in 10 years and I want to win a Super Bowl before I do so.

So I guess this is the mandate.

Going for it.

He's had more pressures in the last three years than Miles Garrett.

Yeah.

He may not have won defensive player of the year.

He may not have won the sack title.

But he gets pressures on the quarterback as consistently as anybody in the game.

And two first round picks.

I know the Cowboys were offering the first rounder and then a second rounder.

And Jerry Jones wanted to get him, but the Raiders said, no, we want two first rounders. I would have done one first rounder, even our seventh pick, which is a high pick. Yeah, yeah. But two is a lot. That is a lot. Especially when we don't have that many. If we had stockpiled a bunch, who is it that we, oh, is the caps? They have like 23 picks in the first three rounds or something in the next three years, something like that. If we had stockpiled picks, maybe I would do it. I mean, there are some teams that disrespect first round picks. The Rams, I just saw a chart in the last 10 years have used a first round pick once. Right. They constantly flip their first round pick for players. I don't hate it. And they did it again. If you're good at it, I don't hate it. I mean, it's the big deal. I didn't think that any team would give up two first rounders. I thought he'd get a one, maybe a three, or a one and a two. Right. I just didn't think any team would give up two first rounders. Especially with him coming off an injury. Now remember, they shut him down. Yeah. He was injured, but they shut him down. That's why he shot that video on his basketball court showing, hey, I'm fine, I'm good to go.

It was kind of an FU to the organization in a way.
