I go from 7 p.m. I cut off eating and then I start eating it again at 11 a.m. Yeah. I've got doctors appointment today and they're taking blood today. Yeah. So now it's only an eight hour fast. I haven't eaten since last night. Right. I haven't eaten since dinner. Yeah. I had dinner at six. Kind of late for me. But I can't eat until after the appointment, which is at 11. Got it. That's going to be difficult. It's going to be tough, especially if you're not used to it. Because usually around 8.30, I'll grab, you know, a granola bar or some peanuts or something. happening. So I just always give them the arm and then the head turns away. I just don't, I don't

like the process of the needle going in, seeing the seeing my life force draining out. I just not a fan.

Did you faint in high school having your blood drawn?

No, but I almost, I almost fainted while we were, while we've been doing the show for 30

years. At some point, I went and got a physical, I think it was as part of a client thing,

like 20 some years ago. And I was on the examining table and they're like, we're going to draw some blood.

And I immediately broke out in a cold sweat.

You got a fight or flight response.

I just got completely clammy and like got lightheaded.

And luckily I got through it because I'm a man and I got through it. Yeah. But it was dicey. I almost passed out and fell off the... For some reason, I thought it was you in high school, but... A blood draw, which is wimpy. I knew something happened with you with having your blood drawn. So it wasn't in high school. That just means it's probably one of our other buddies who had to have like a cookie and yeah like what basically went down from having their blood drawn but since then i've donated blood

once one time yeah once let's not get crazy one blood donation okay probably should do it more but

it's just not something that i'm not into that i'm just not into it i'm not into not into it either. Are you at least an organ donor? I am an organ donor. I am too. If I get plowed on the highway and somebody needs my corneas or retinas or my silly ticker, they can have it. They can have all those things. Well, I know that there's two guys who won't be fasting this morning. That would be Mike Moore and Benj because I brought in more Cheetos. Yeah, I mean, what a connection this is, the free delay guy that you know. Let's clap this up. There's probably another 12 huge bags out there on the table. This is fantastic. The best part is we unlocked the best flavor today because it was the flaming hot two days ago and now it's the jalapino cheddar cheetah. Halapeno cheddar is good.
