Why do you have to go two years in a row?

So it's kind of the structure of Focus New Staff Training is you go your first year, you go to class, you're freaking out, you're learning things, but also you're, you're mostly just losing your mind because you don't know where you're going. And then when you figure out where you're going, you have to move there and then you have to fundraise. And so you learn stuff, but you don't really retain a lot of things and so you go through the classes again the second year and some of them are are straight repeat

but a lot of them kind of have new new elements to them new fresh stories yes and so first of all

the stuff that is repeat is never bad to to go over again um because it's stuff about just how humans are wired and how we're

designed and how we ought to interact with each other and with the Lord.

And it's just good stuff to remember.
