podcast to know one of my signature quote-unquote catchphrases. So that is fun.

I am very honored to be here. It's

going to be it's going to be a good one buddy. I feel good about it. We got good

energy already. Yeah, your energy's lifting up my anxiety and it's going to create

this really cool like whirlpool of something I don't know what yet but it's going to be it's going to be interesting I think that I think the product here and so for the podcast today what we're going to kind of focus on one is going to be

tray because you have to have some some ball washing if a guest is on and and
