0:21.1	As we've reported on this show before, the public health measure known as Title 42 ends tonight.
0:26.9	Our colleague Virginia Allen reports that an estimated 13,000 legal aliens are expected
0:32.5	to cross the US-Mexico border every day, beginning Thursday, which is more than double the daily

0:40.4	Title 42, which was enacted under the Trump administration, has allowed border patrol
0:45.3	to quickly expel some legal aliens from the country.
0:48.8	Without the measure, border patrol has little power under the policies of the Biden administration

1:34.4	erroneously labels lawful pathways by using the CBP-1 mobile app to get a parole appointment

1:43.4	In the long run, Hankinson continued, this won't discourage anyone.
1:47.7	Those who can use the parole app process will.
1:50.9	Those who can't will just come anyway and cross illegally.
