Good morning today is March 20th.

Once they march 20th, my name is Eduardo Vicente and these are Puerto Rico's top news for today.

So we start off with Tago who put a fine on the company called Panagran Green for allegedly

misrepresenting where the rice that they import came from by saying that it came from either the United States or China

when actually for a prolonged period of time after Hurricane Maria, the rise apparently

was coming exclusively from China.

This was first talked about in Jace program when he analyzed rise in Puerto Rico because

people were saying that it was plastic,

it did not turn out to be plastic.

J said that it maybe was just different

because it came from a different area of the world

than what consumers here are used to

and will apparently that's it.

And a couple of months later now, Dago

is putting a fine, a $10,000 fine on this company for,

once again, allegedly saying it came from one place when it was almost exclusively from

another place.

We move on.

Samot, who we've talked about a couple of times this week is now being looked into by the FBI and the Justice Department.

The amount was the person who was in charge of bringing investment to Puerto Rico and being the liaison between the supervisory board, the oversight board and the Puerto Rican government to make private investments happen.
