A lot of NBA today on the pod, we're going to go over the biggest offseason storylines,

try to make sense of the first week of a bunch of rumors with a bunch of names attached

to it.

We'll do that with Saruti as well, and Bobby Portis, NBA champ on his championship season

and a big free agency decision, looming at life advice.

Today's open is a simple headline.

The NBA's biggest offseason stories in no particular order of importance, but I'm trying

to figure out which of the biggest ones were because we had a bunch of cannon fire over

the weekend, but shots, lots of news up in the air.

And I want to put them all together.

Again, the ones that seem like they're the most important and then we're going to kind

of sift through them and Saruti's going to jump in a little bit later.

All right.

So we'll see if I leave out anything here too, which is always a possibility.

I'm going to start with the Lakers, not because it's the most important because they're

associated with the most players.

Every weekend, I've read they have interest in Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Carl Lowry,

Demar DeRose, and Damien Lillard, Spencer Dunwoody, Buddy Heald, and Pat Mahomes, which I don't

know how we fit, but it makes sense to tell it to player.

But that's how it works.

I mean, it's a Lakers, first of all, Magic Johnson just tweeting out left and right about

Chris Paul.
