Blastin Ball Stuff podcast and the CEO of Anchored Media. This video is part two to my other

video with just the top mistakes that I see a lot of new entrepreneurs make. Make sure

you check part one out because I was giving you free game. But in this video, I want to

just cover a couple more things that I see. So the first one is doing the most and just

doing everything yourself. Now, hear me out. I understand when you're first starting out,

you are a solopreneur. You don't have a team. You're doing all the things. I get it. But because

time is limited, you need to make sure that the things that you're doing are revenue generating

activities. Your job as the CEO of this company, the owner, the operator, the founder, all

of this cool stuff that we're calling ourselves, time is of the essence because you're probably

working a job. You probably have a family, all of these things. You need to make sure that

what you're doing in your business is revenue generating activities. What is going to give

you money back so that you can then take those profits and reinvest them into the business.

A lot of times it's not that you need more time or that you need to hire people. You just

need to be more targeted with the things that you're doing. And where I realize a lot of

people fall short and this goes back to in the last video, I was talking about planning

and having a vision, especially when it comes to marketing is people start the business.

You go straight into the tactics, but you don't understand why you're doing something.

You don't understand why you're on this platform. If you even need to be on that platform.

And now you're spending time learning the algorithm and creating content and recording

podcasts and doing all of these different things when you haven't even pre-identified

what specific tactics you need to do to see the result that you want to see. And so that's
