0:07.4	subpoena for his documents and testimony. His lawyer, Alina Habas, says he will
0:14.3	appear or he should appear. The question is, will the item think so?
0:18.6	MAGA extremist Kelly Ward, who is chair of the Arizona Republican Party, filed an
0:25.2	emergency application with the Supreme Court to stay and block turning over her
0:31.3	team mobile phone records to the January 6th Committee after her appeal to the
0:36.8	nine-circuit was denied. Justice Alina Kagan and Obama appointee, though just
0:43.4	granted a temporary stay. This just happened for her to turn over records,
0:48.7	blocking the enforcement of the subpoena that is until the January 6th Committee
0:53.2	responds. A little surprising, but I'll explain why I think this was done. But
0:57.7	it's only temporary. The January 6th Committee is going to respond, and I think
1:01.1	ultimately Kelly Ward's attempt to block it is going to be denied. Mark Meadows,
1:06.4	former chief of staff to Donald Trump, was ordered to testify before the
1:11.6	Fulton County special grand jury. Boy do these people just not want to talk
1:15.6	about what happened on January 6th, and he was ordered to appear in Fulton
1:20.4	County by his local court in South Carolina. What's up? Pickins County. And the
1:26.8	eighth circuit court of appeals, which granted that temporary injunction last
1:32.2	week and that lawsuit filed by Nebraska and the other GOP led states, which
1:38.1	has temporarily blocked the Biden administration from discharging the student
1:43.4	debt under the cancellation program. Well, it's now received all briefs,
1:47.8	received the briefing from the Department of Justice and from the Republican
1:52.2	states. And a big ruling, which will impact the future and fate of the
