Well, Harris, in his pressers, Eric, you might know the terminology to use, but he

basically said, this ain't no joke, we're not waiting around, we're getting this done a sap yes he said

basically not the phrase swift and prompt or will be thorough swift something like

that and he did say ideally they would hire the president of football operations first but

they're doing the search concurrently he's on a talent search yeah yeah what's

the best guy at both positions yeah I'll tell you I listen to it twice watched it listen to it I was struck by his

confidence he's pretty confident he's one one four games and he's like yeah we got

great players in here we got you know we got the infrastructure

I think we you know could do great things and but he's a lot of the things that we point to the cap space

the draft picks I just don't have that confidence but I like to see his when you become a multi-billionaire
