Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today, Monday, July the 25th.

Actually, I'm very lucky because I haven't got anything to do today.

Tomorrow I've got the eye tests at the hospital, and a friend of mine has got an identical eye test, different hospital.

And then the other day, you probably didn't hear, but I sort of, I left the studio.

I get on the bus.

I said goodbye to Courtney and all the rest of it.

And I'm on the bus.

I'm thinking, oh, God.

Phone.

I've only left the telephone in the studio, which was ridiculous. So I had to get off at the next

stop, which was Charing Cross, come all the way back to the studio. And Courtney goes, what are you

doing back? And I've left my phone here. But never mind, because it was all cheered up by one of my

big bosses here at Global. He wrote a note to me and to Ian Dale because he enjoyed the podcast that we did, which he said was a fascinating insight into people in radio. And so Mr. Ria was very happy with that one. Thank you very much indeed. So there'll be another one on the horizon. Mind you in the meanwhile, Ian Dale was practically broken both feet or something, hasn't he?

Have you ever known anybody who's so accident prone?

Seriously, falls over, does all sorts of bits and pieces, poor soul.

But anyway, he's hurt his legs.

Is he off still?

Oh my God, it's just unbelievable, isn't it?

But anyway, I'm fighting fit, which is good.

Ian fell off the stage at the Buxton Festival.
