Originally from Oregon, Emily married her high school sweetheart, and together they’ve lived in Texas, Louisiana, and now Missouri. For the last four years, Emily has been a top Beachbody Coach and, more recently, she's become a top TikTok influencer. She has a 3 year old daughter who is the light of her life and who regularly appears in her videos. She even started her own personal online store featuring matching outfits for mothers and daughters.
