Which I'm really excited to see the audience is steadily growing.

And it is such a cool format.

I'm not going to ramble on about Clubhouse.

You asked me not to because we sound like we're, you know, essentially doing commercials for Clubhouse.

But as far as opportunities to have unfettered access to information, it's fantastic.

And when I'm really excited about it, in our Clubhouse in particular, we're attracting some really

phenomenal, you know, not all of them are coaches necessarily, but we're attracting some folks

that are not, they're basically at the top of the game.

Top producing agents and brokers.

Agents, brokers, there's some mortgage people on there.

I think there's some transaction coordinators.

You know, that's why they call it clubhouse.
