enough arguments to make me say, well, I mean, I can see how, I can see what you're saying.

And you know what?

I appreciate the fact that you have reached out to so many over the course of

putting this together because this is an exhaustive process and I don't think that there was any more

research you really could have done any more in the way of opinion that you could have sought out.

So credit to you in putting this thing together.

And I actually, while you're giving yourself that pat on the back,

it's going to be hard for me to find bones to pick because I agree with a lot of this here,

but bones to pick there are.
