Welcome, welcome to Sunday service. My name is Pace Morby and we are here talking about creative finance.

That's the main thing that I love to talk about. We do everything in real estate from fixing and flipping, wholesaling, listing retail, really, people on my team. We do we do a lot of retail as well.

We do development. We do land. We do multifamily. We do mobile home parks.

We do all of the things. But I have a love for creative finance for multiple purposes and

multiple reasons. And today, we are going to change up the format of Sunday service for a couple

of reasons. We want to talk to you guys. If you are new to Sunday service, this is going to basically be episode one of your journey.

Now, for people that are already in my audience, we typically have four, five, sometimes upwards of 800 people live on Sunday service.

Now, what's happened recently is I've been featured on bigger pockets.

I've been featured on Brad Lee, the Wolf's Den.

I'm working on a couple of book deals,

and we are also on a television show that

is called triple digit flip on A&E. And that television show is roughly at 500,000 plus live

viewers on a weekly basis. So as you can imagine, we get new people coming through all the

time and saying, who is Pace Morby, what's creative finance, what the heck is sub two.

I see him wearing this piece sign everywhere, his logo is everywhere.

I don't know what it means, why it's there, et cetera.

And so today, we are going to explain to you the audience, what is creative finance.

And how does it differ from regular real estate?

How does it differ from what my uncle, who's a realtor does?
