happen when you get in your 50s is certain chronic health conditions start coming in, certain

nutritional deficiencies become more common. Also, there's some things that happen personally at this stage of life, such as maybe you become an empty nester. Maybe your parents get sick. Maybe it's time for a career change. Maybe you're thinking about retirement and finances. All of those things start to happen as well. So I'm going to go through how to navigate those personal life issues as well as how to thrive in your house, start to turn back the clock and get younger with nutrition and supplementation all on this episode.
