for the audio podcast and on YouTube, and it's all because you're inviting

others to be apart so I wanted to say thank you. I hope it was your biggest year of

leadership influence as well and we've got a great lineup for you in the upcoming year. of leadership

in the upcoming year to help you grow in your leadership.

What I want to do today is we're going to look back

at some of your favorite topics and ideas from the previous year.

And I'm going to give you some different clips

that I believe will speak to you to reinforce some of what we talked about

and help you strengthen your leadership as you go from one year into the next.

Now, we started off the year with very important learning about the eight habits of great leaders. What I want to do is dive back into the first exercise that we talked about

and cover again, how do we create the identity statements

that help you become the leader you're supposed to be.

So, in order to create the right habits to get the desired results,
