And today, it's a special episode, our last episode of 2022.

We are counting down our top five horror movies of 2022. We'll also call out a

couple of superlatives for the year and discuss the year in horror in general. And we'll talk about

our own personal journeys through horror this year, including some movies we watched and discussed

for the first time this year. We'll keep it spoiler-free, so if you haven't been keeping up with

this year's films, don't worry, we're not going to spoil anything for you. And Oshfin, 2022,

2020 was a year that brought us new movies in many iconic horror franchises like Scream, Hellraiser, the Texas chainsaw

massacre, Halloween, and VHS.

It brought us new movies from beloved directors, young and old, movies from Dario Argento,

David Cronenberg, Jordan Peel, Rob Zombie, and Joe Bezos.

Joe Begos, why do I keep doing that?

I really want to call him Jeff Bezos.

It brought new movies from beloved horror performers like Anya Taylor Joy, Rebecca Hall, Micah

Monroe.

It brought us two of the most violent movies in recent memory with the sadness and

terrifier too.
