As we jump into 2025 are you brainstorming, planning, or dreaming about how you want your year to look or what changes to make personally, professionally, emotionally, or health-wise? Today in our show, we’re going to tap into some of that energy of making traditional New Year’s resolutions and put a different spin on it: anti-resolutions! We tend to see an “all-or-nothing” mentality when it comes to making nutrition goals, so here are some ideas on simple practices that make a big impact and are likely to stick for longer.
