Good morning, guys.

Welcome into a new episode of the Daily Juice podcast for Monday, July the 6th. My name is Matt Peralt. You guys can follow me across all of my socials at Sports Talk Matt. We are back with the backdrop. This is how it's going to look now on YouTube for the foreseeable future. There might be a tweak or two here or there. But for the most part, this is going to be the look for us coming up here for the podcast. Obviously, we've been dropping it in the morning. Hopefully you guys are getting into a routine as to how the podcast comes out. It'll be out by at the latest 9 a.m. Eastern time. Most mornings, it'll be out before that. But yesterday was kind of

indicative of the entire week. We had gone back and forth, back and forth. We wind up going two and two.

Yesterday, Mexico, more on that game here in just one second, losing to England. What a game.

The Guardians lose. Red Sox on the run line comes in late night. Cubs win for the

hard rock bed of the day. We get that right. So it's a two and two day. So we're down the juice

about a half a unit, little less than a half a unit being down for the day. And that makes it

kind of a flat week. I think we're either up a unit or down a half a unit. So kind of right in

that little window. So nothing really all that great to write home about for the start of the month of July, but not a horrible week. And just sort of we were up. We were down. We had a horrible day. We had an unbelievable day. We had a four and oh. We had a one and three. We had an oh and three, I think. So we'll see how it all plays out over the next day or two. We got to kind of do some accounting.

Though the 4th of July holiday, everyone's off. Everyone's on vacation. So we'll get the whole, you know, tracking sheet to be updated here during the week. So we'll get to the actual month of June. I'll give you the numbers for the month of June and I'll give

you the numbers the first week of July. Real quick, this thing on England in Mexico. I don't know

if you guys watched it. If you haven't, if you didn't go back and watch it, it was one of the

greatest soccer matches I've ever seen. It was unbelievable.

The fact that England scores two goals in a minute and 40 seconds to go up to nothing. We see a goal for Mexico before the half.

It's two to one.

We go into halftime.

We get a penalty kick for England to go up three to one, then a red card on

England to go down to 10 men. We get a penalty kick for Mexico. They're down three to two in a

building that they do not lose in in Mexico City and England was able to hold on to win that

game three to two.
