I'm so excited for our guest today.

He's someone that we've talked about here on the show and we dissected Teledig

and Knights.

He's also been a guest on the show talking about his favorite movie of the last year.

We haven't had a chance to really sit down and chat with this person, a person who calls

himself a film nerd.

He is a writer who started at Second City, went through Sedanette Live, created iconic sketches,

and then launched into the feature world with classic movies like Anchorman and Stepbrothers,

of course, Teledig and Knights, which we did talk about, like I just said.

And now more recently has gotten into the world of podcasting and writing and directing

some of the biggest, busiest films of the last couple of years, like the big short, don't

look up and vice.

I am so excited to chat with Adam McKay, who's going to talk to us a little bit about his

follow up podcast to Death at the Wing.

This is called Death on the Lot.

And it's a podcast about what was going on in Hollywood post World War II.

We got a chance to listen to a couple of the episodes and they are fantastic.

They are absolutely fantastic.

I have been looking forward to the show forever because it was a huge fan of Death at the Wing.

Death at the Wing being his like basketball show about the deaths of basketball players

in the 80s, how it tied into Reagan.
