| 0:44.3 | So this is going to be benign prostatic hypertrophy, erectile dysfunction, and bladder incontinence. |

| 0:55.5 | So how does tarasin or hydrant work? |
| 0:57.9 | Well, as far as the hypertension goes, it blocks the alpha-1 receptors, and this leads to vasodilation |
| 1:06.8 | of the vasolation of the vasculature, reducing the peripheral resistant, and reducing the BB this way. |
| 1:12.2 | As far as the BPH goes, there are alpha-win receptors on the prostate. |
| 1:17.1 | So this inhibition leads to a relaxation of the bladder neck tissues, and thus minimize the outlet |
| 1:25.0 | obstruction. |
| 1:25.6 | So either way, we're hitting our alpha-1 receptor, blocking that receptor, and that causes |
| 1:31.1 | smooth muscle to relax. |
