And so over the years, guys have used this series in a lot of different ways. So some guys will listen to it. They'll go to the show notes. They'll see the list there. And they print it out. Some of put it on their mirror. Some of them save it on the background of their phone. Some guys look at the list and maybe every month they're picking two or three that they're really going to focus in on. But however you guys want to use it, make sure that you apply this because I don't want to be screaming into the ether here. I would like you guys to go ahead and do this. And I'll just kind of give you an idea of how I put this list together. So every year, I've got the list that I did for that year. And then as I'm going through the year, I will evaluate some of the things on that list. And I will also think of other things that should be on that list. Okay. And so what I did and what I do every year is I will take some things off the list and I will add some things to the list. I think for this year, for 2026, it was the most new ones that we had ever done that we added to the list. But then there's going to be some that are always going to be on the list every single year. So you guys should buckle up for the 20 different things that we have on the list this year. But then I've also got something that I want to give you guys as a free resource. So some of you have already seen this. We actually released two episodes today because we are announcing something here on January the 1st of 2026. And I'm going to go into way more detail in the little bonus episode that was posted today. So I'm just going to be brief right now. Some of you just need a little bit of a reset, right? Spiritually, mentally or physically, you're out of sync. Maybe you're stuck in neutral, stuck in the mud entirely. And so this is to basically get you going, okay? Because on every single day of the 31 day resilience reset, you have to read scripture, you have to exercise, you have to pray, there's different challenges. You have to read a chapter of the book. You have to listen to our other show, The Daily Blade. If you're not following the Daily Blade, that's just five minutes a day, either with me or with Joby or one of our friends. And it's getting you Bible, right? It's getting Bible in your ears. You have to list things that you're thankful for, but then there's also some things that you just can't do for that 31 day period. You can't look at porn. You can't masturbate. You can't drink alcohol. You can't take any drugs, including marijuana. You can't intake any sugar that's not naturally occurring in something like fruit or honey. And what is doing is it's resetting your brain, for some of you resetting your spirit, for some of you resetting your body

to get you ready for the rest of the year. Because the dumbest thing that people do is they take their

life seriously in January and they live with intention in all these important areas. And then they
