Gwen you are back. I know you're in Florida. There's been floods there. You came back. You were under the weather from your euro trip.

You had sheep for dinner. We'll get to Connor later. How have you been? It's been a while but while everybody know you're back you're good. You didn't go away. What's going on? How is the trip?

Yeah the trip the trip was amazing. Yes I came back and I was immediately sick. I had to go to the doctor. So if I cough a few times on the show I apologize.

But yes the trip was great and I am safe. The Tampa did get pretty bad flooding with the hurricane but I am safe and my apartment is fine.

So I'm excited to be back. Just had a draft last night actually with my fantasy football guys. So that was pretty exciting. What's the name of your team?
