0:11.2	And just to give you guys a little idea of the criteria, this is players who are 23 and under.
0:16.4	According to basketball reference, that means that they do not turn 24 before February 1st of this year.

0:41.9	Vitt Cresci turned 24 this year, so it's not eligible to be ranked on this top 10.

0:50.9	But James Wiseman is still eligible, but he's done.

0:58.3	He might be.
0:59.2	He was really young.
1:00.7	I don't know if you know.
1:01.5	He was in the G-League at 18.
1:03.2	They hit him there, actually.
1:04.6	No one knew that he was playing in the G-League.

1:10.6	And if he's there right now, still nobody knows.
