It's not okay to drive stone. You might think that's the worst that can happen. I drive below the speed limit.

The truth is your reaction time slow way down when you're high. You not only put yourself in danger,

0:10.4

but everyone around you stop kidding yourself. You've been using marijuana in any form. You not get

0:15.0

behind the wheel. If you feel differently, you're going to drive differently. Drive high, get a DUI.

It is upon us now, Danny. Top 10 prospects in the NBA 2018. The way we do this for those who

0:26.8

are new. This is now our fourth effort here. We'll be tracking how guys have ranked over time.

0:32.1

As we look at which players 23 are under. This is as of basketball references season age,

0:38.0

so February 1st. A team would most want to have for the rest of their career. That is the criteria

1:19.0

a team has a champion chip without a player who had already won an MVP other than the

1:24.5

1:30.2

can have an MVP caliber player, that's really important. Beyond that, you're looking at

1:35.1

sealing for versatility, viability, the players who can only work in specific systems or

1:41.8

need certain things that is a limitation and then plug and play guys. There is a value to that.

1:46.8

Of course, player quality and everything else notwithstanding. One thing I want to make sure

1:50.0

at the outset here is this is not some sort of value or anything like that. This is not
