I sat down today and I wanted to figure something out.

I've had a Tortuga backpack for over six years and I've gone with that

tortuga backpack to a lot of countries but what I wanted to figure out was

where was the coldest place I've ever taken my torto backpack and where was the hottest place.

Now if you've been listening to this podcast for any length of time, you know I prefer hot

over cold. So the coldest one was pretty easy to figure out and that was probably when I've taken it to

Vale on numerous, Vale Colorado on numerous different ski trips where it has

gotten well below freezing because we were skiing and I've been

thankful that's been below freezing because I've been out on the slope so

Vale Colorado wins the award for the coldest place that I've taken my Tuatuga

backpack. The hottest place I've taken my Tuatuga backpack. The hottest place I've taken my Tuatuga backpack was on a

backpacking trip through Thailand and Cambodia with Heather and my parents and at that time there were

temperatures that did definitely get into the high

90 degrees when it comes to Fahrenheit and it was a lot of humidity so we were sweating a lot.
