0:39.7	If you are on a road trip, make sure that even though you might want to take notes you
0:43.9	were still watching the road and if you are in the middle of a workout make sure
0:50.0	to not interrupt your set to take notes as well. Just rewind and remember to take notes. I still
0:56.7	want you to be able to do what you're trying to do. But I know that there's a lot of good
1:01.1	stuff here and a lot of you guys like to take notes,
1:04.0	jot down stuff, you should have a long list of things going to make sure to help you out.
1:09.4	I also know that a lot of you guys can't really, with the note-taking listening to a lot of
1:15.2	episodes can't do this on your own you're not able to figure it out on your own and
1:20.2	there's nothing wrong with that this stuff is is not easy. There's a lot of work that can be involved with it and so when you're out there trying to do this, trying to approach a hold yourself accountable or make it work, it's not always the easiest thing.
1:34.6	So we do have options over here to get you help many.
1:38.3	First of all, I haven't talked about this in a while.
1:41.0	We have live boot camps. I think we are one of the last companies that are doing this.
1:46.2	There's not a lot of other people doing this. We have boot camps that are happening
1:49.8	all over the country. We even have some that are happening outside of the US.
