Well, one of the perks of late middle age that I've discovered is that you actually fast quite well.

I think it means you've got sort of reserves there to draw on, not to be too unkind to those people of my age and weight.

But I think you have reserves to draw upon. And so it's easier. And I see my son's fasting.

And actually, one of them now 21 is sort of,

I think he's now over the worst, but the one who's still a teenager, 18, I mean, you know,

my heart goes out because it is so hard fasting at that age. You're just the lightheadedness.

You just, it's a struggle. But no, I found it, I was well over the fast to use that Anglo-Jewish formulation.

What about you, Yon, because I know you are unusual among Israelis in that you do fast. Well, you know, unusual among, you know, non-Orthodox Israelis, but you do fast.

Just listening to you, Stenardt, China, work your way through that. Yes, 60% of Israelis fast on Yom Kippul, which is interesting.

It's more than the percentages that would, I think, define themselves as being religious.

It's usually the other way around, so I'm basking in the novelty of being a little bit more elegant than you. It doesn't happen often. And so you know that 50% of the parent unit in our household does not fast. And 50% does. That's me. And actually, I've always found it quite easy. The not eating was never difficult for me. The not drinking was the sort of tricky part. And I always have

this terrible splitting headache in the last three hours of the fast this year being no different.
