Last night I've went out for frozen yogurt.

It was sort of against what I've been trying to do this month

which is eating better. It is a oh I came up by the way with a it's not dry January but it's a low

January because I'm not having weed.

So instead of high, what do you think of that, low January?

I don't love it, because it makes me think that your mood is low, you're sad.

It's kind of a sad sounding way to start the year.

Well, last night, Kate wanted frozen yogurt

and I was like, I don't know.

And she gave me a little speech to encourage me

to get frozen yogurt.

And she made a really good case for it and so I started

thinking about speeches that motivate you know when you're reluctant to do something and

then you're inspired by somebody to do it and it's one of the reasons I love certain movies

but when we were growing up one of our favorite movies still is one of our favorites
