You know, Tony, I've been blessed as a human being,

but to be around people like you.

What was incredible is I knew of of you and I never really got to

know you but everyone who knew you kept saying do you know Tony this is

guy that lives by the principals in which you teach.

I'm going to take it back a little bit because this is a playbook for success.

It's not easy to be a professional football player, but the character traits, the education, the situational knowledge that we have to get to the superior level of anything can be carried over.

And your whole profession right now is really to help other people transition from those skill sets into things that aren't necessarily playing in the league.

Where did that start for you because so many people can't do that?

Yeah, I think for me you take it all the way back to, I guess, ground level of being born in

Germany, raised by a father, a strong military man.
