If you start taking too long of you, and you start excusing away games that you should win or execute better.

I like urgency.

I like the series that you're playing that you've got to get played like it's the last series of your life.

Because you don't know what the future holds.

And you need to get wins in April or May in June.

You can't wait and put a big rush at the end.

So, yeah, you pay attention and, you know, we're within a shout in distance of Minnesota,

but the way you get wins is to go out there with urgency to make things happen.

Are the players getting that message? You think they're playing like that?

I like this club a lot. I think they are. I think most times when we

struggle is because we try to do too much. Well, if you want urgency coming from the White Sox,

especially offensively, Tony LaRusa does too. And now he and the White Sox have taken yet another hit with the injury to Tim Anderson.

So how do they win without them?
