I guess I would start here, so your team Fullham has gone up and they've gone down and they've

gone up and they've gone down, and that's not a thing that happens in American sports.

So for Americans who are unfamiliar with what the feeling of relegation is, can you describe

what the experience has been the last few years of being really good in the championship

and having been able to stay up?

It's been truly up and down experience.
