Jalen Hertz has totally, I want to say, turned his career around.

But where we expected him to be in year three, he's exceeded that by all proportions.

What are your thoughts on the player that he has become this season?

And did you see that happening or taking place?

I honestly did not see this happening, just becoming maybe one of the five best players in the league. They have done a fantastic job. I think he's worked hard on his craft and gotten

better. But I think you really have to credit Nick Siriana and the staff. They've come up

with a style of offense that is really, really tough on the rest of the NFL.

They use the run pass options and the quick game to force you to play man coverage.

They've got some outstanding receivers to go along with their running game.

And so then you have to make a decision. And if you decide,
