I'm Rob Kebs here, Casey's out again today.

Brad Klopfenstein in for Casey, Tony Bennett, just coming down right at the start of our

show, passing away at the age of 96.

And what an amazing life.

There are people in America who do interesting things, and then there are people who live

interesting lives.

And Tony Bennett, when you think about the fact that his career began after he served

in World War II, right?

I mean, they did not not began.

I mean, he was a singer before that, but certainly not on the level he became.

It is incredible that a person could go from serving in the U.S. military where they

risked imminent death during World War II.

I don't know if you know Brad, World War II was kind of dangerous.

It was a few people that got hurt and then returned home to create one of the great certainly

in terms of longevity, singing careers in American history.

What a life.

Yeah.

Fabulous.

And the fact that he was with us for 96 years is amazing, but yeah, his music will live

on for a long time.
