And what to think of them heading into this 2025 regular season.

You know, I got three interesting teams, Miami. I just got done crushing them in the first or in the segment prior to this one after the break. The last segment, another way to say that. Cres the Miami Dolphins because I had just some way out on that team. New England, I think is interesting. The problem for me with the Patriots is that I feel like the cat's out the bag.

Early in the off season, like we were definitely on front street with New England saying, hey,

Rabel and Drake May year two, like this is a team that you want to bet. And everyone bet it. And like those

seven and a halfs now became eight and a halfs and like that like plus 180 to make the playoffs.

Plus 200 is now like plus 110, even money.

The cat seems to be out the bag on New England.

I think a lot of people expecting big things for them since they now have a really good head of coach and Mike Vrable.

And then there's the New York Jets who on a day-to-day basis, I don't know what to feel about this team.

Some days I like them.

Sometimes days I think they're going to make the playoffs.

Some days I think they're going to have the number one overall pick.

It keeps going back and forth with the New York Jets based on the reporting out of training camp

and the most recent joint practice with the New York Giants.

So Nick will go ahead and outline all those teams in the

AFC East and how they stack up against the Buffalo Bills. But speaking of the team the Giants face,

or sorry, the Jets faced in their joint practice, that being the New York Giants, I wanted to start

here with the NFL training camp news because this has been a continuing storyline over the last

few weeks here now at a Giants camp
