the Batman, Black Canary, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Red Tornado, and special guest, the Siren

Sisterhood. Now the best thing about doing a show five days a week is you guys

can hear it when I catch a cold and you can hear me in all my stages of getting bad and

then recovering. This is the low energy show. This is the truck. I'm going to entitle this

Thomas Struggling Part 1. We start this issue with where we ended up the last time.

As always with these comic books, a giant Adam is tearing apart this tiny town in the microcosmos.

We start with a rather evocative first page of a bunch of brightly garbed tiny denizens slipping

through the fingers of Ray Palmer as he's stomping around like some

sort of mad beast. Red tornado and Hawkman show up for some reason. We don't know why yet. And

Ray Palmer does what anyone would do if you saw a tiny little Hawkman flying by. He bitch slaps him

with the back of his hand sending him for a ride. Red tornado I'd be kinder to, but not that

much kinder. And Ray Palmer knocks him away with the strong gust of his hurricane-like breath.

Now, don't, I don't want to start nickpicking comic book physics because, let's face it,

there's lots of improbable physical things in here. But this always bothers me to think about when someone gets really tall,

for some reason that they become so strong that their breath would become super

breath.

I mean, it's not really like the atom has become that much stronger

just because he's comparatively bigger.

His breath wouldn't be that strong.
