todd climb we begin in a rough neighborhood in central city police car on their beat going through

checking it out the two cops inside complaining about the war zone that they have to monitor

but it's been a quiet night thankfully this night and then they turn a corner and they see something horrible going on. Three thugs beating somebody up, yelling about how this beating is because the guy only had $10 on him. You have to carry at least 100 if you're going through the rough part and they're bird. Are you going to get beat up either way. I mean, they're going to mug you, but you might as well try and avoid getting beat up. And they're very vocal about why they're doing it. Well, the cops pull over, get out of the car, start shooting their guns in the air while they're running as a warning. I don't think that's standard police procedure, but no one's going to care in this part of town. It's horrible. So the cops get up to where this beating is going on. Finally, the low life's back away.

The cops tell them to put their faces to the wall, you know, put their hands behind their head. The guy who is getting beat up is starting to thank him a little bit. And then he starts to talk about the fact that some sort of terrible mistake has happened and it's very

unfortunate for the cops and the guy stands up and transforms into grod that's right the the muggers

we're wearing the silly outfits of the vultures and we all know now that the vultures are under the

control of guerrilla grud so grot has exposed himself he's blasted both cops with his force of

mind power knocking them to the ground.

The cops and his, I mean, Grod and his three human underlings, the vultures, get into the cop car so they can sort of drive around town.

And one of the guys, Theo, says that driving around in a cop car might be a little too obvious,

might get too much attention.

Grod in the back seat says it's easy to fix.

He just uses force of mind power to hypnotically change how the car looks.

I mean, this is a hypnosis that will affect anyone that sees this car.

So he starts thinking, he creates an image of a less conspicuous car, and all of a sudden we see it transform on the street into the most pimped out, like, gold car I've ever seen. Okay, it's got big, I'm going to put this panel up on time versus flash. That boxpot.com. It's got like horns in the, like literal bullhorns in the front. It's gold. It's got air horns on top of it. Gorilla Grads got his arm hanging out the side of it. This is more conspicuous than a cop car. I mean, he's totally tricked out his ride. This is like a pimp car that Grad is driving around town. And he even mentions the fact that he's going to be well known for taking care of his lowly human underlings, to which to say, God, you're the greatest. I mean, the vultures have really taken a lick to grot, and Gras seems to have really taken a liking to the vulture. So they ride off from their prem car, but we go back to where we left off last issue. Justice League satellite, Superman slowly deliberating, actually two issues ago. last issue was just him still thinking about it,

Justice League is trying to decide whether they should kick out the Flash right now or put him on

probation until they see what happens with the trial. They had a vote. Three of the more asshole-ish
