Welcome back for the Flash number 182, the September 1968 issue, featuring cover pencil

The entire issue is edited by Julie Schwartz. The first story we're

going to cover is The Thief who stole all the money in Central City, written by John Broom,

penciled by Ross Andrew, inked by Mike Esposito. We start this issue in the tranquil home of

Barry and Iris Allen. Barry is relaxing on his recliner, reading a newspaper while Iris is busy

cleaning up after work. Bear's very stressed out. He needs to chill out. Well, he's reading the

paper and he sees that the National Magicians Guild is having its convention in Central City.

But I have a central city, I've had a past of problems with magicians, namely abercadabra.

I would push maybe not to have the Magicians Guild meet in my city.

It just seems like a magnet for abracadabra.

Doesn't it?

Does that not seem like you're asking for trouble?

Well, Barry says he would like, he would like to attend.

Iris makes, you know, a joke about he's not a magician.

Then then Barry starts doing some tricks with, you know,

flipping a coin around in his hands.

And then Iris gets weirdly upset saying that he's a police scientist, not an entertainer.

She will have him perform no entertainment.

That's not his forte.
