Hal Jordan in this issue. We get to see him doing some odd jobs. We start with Mr. and Mrs.

Barry Allen, heading home from a theater, a theater trip a theater trip for some local theater. Central City, obviously a thriving place for the theater. Barry says, I got to stop at work. I've got to pick up some paperwork. I want to look over this weekend. Iris says you should check while you're inside. If you get heard anything from Hal Jordan, she's starting to get worried. Barry parks the car, starts walking in. Doesn't bring Iris with him. She's just got to sit in the car. That's how you did it back in the day. He's inside, he's thinking, oh, uh, Iris is so thoughtful. You know, we got a letter last week from Hal saying that he was going to come out and visit us in our new house in Central City,

and we haven't seen.

Of course, Barry isn't really worried because he knows that Hal is Green Lantern,

that probably something came up lantern-wise that forced him to have to run off

and not show up for his date with them.

How cruel.

Barry goes into his lab.

He's grabbing some paperwork when he sees an eerie green glow.

That's right.

It's one of the Guardians of the Universe.

One of the little blue skin guys, the boss Hal Jordan are on.

He's sitting in the office saying,

I'm one of the guardians, Barry Allen,

seeking Hal Jordan, the green lantern of this sector of the cosmos.

No, Bear starts going on one of some hell is missing.
