Welcome back for Aquaman in World's Finest Comics number 131, the February 1963 issue, featuring a cover by Jim Mooney with the issue being edited by Jack Schiff.

And our Aquaman story is The Man Who Controlled Water,

written by Jack Miller with art by Ramona Frayden.

We begin, not far from the mainland, a cargo ship traveling along carrying a very precious cargo.

We'll find out in just a few moments, and in this case, it is actually precious.

And suddenly in the path of this cargo ship, a strange-looking boat, I would

call it a skiff. I am no sea expert, but if someone were to press me, I would have I would call it a

skiff. It looks weird. It's got a strange, what looks like a ray gun on it, and it pulls right up

in front of the boat. The guy in the skiff, it's got a scuba gear

on everything, turns the strange machine on the front of the skip towards the water. All of a sudden,

water's getting drawn up out of the ocean. We know this because the first mate is explaining

the entire thing is happening. The water's going to drawn up from the ocean and it forms into the

shape of a fish, a giant fish with sort of a battering ram head.

And it's made out of solid water, as the captain says, which I...

That's ice, right?

And they'll get into...

They're talking about ice.

Solid water is ice.

Like a movable ice creature of some type.
