Lots of court hearings on the Clinton email scandal.

Yes, it's back.

Even the Benghazi scandal is back.

Good news for justice with the approval of Justice Kavanaugh.

Plus Judicial Watch had a big victory in court recently against Antifa activists

trying to shut down one of our key investigations in California.

So a lot to talk about today.

Let's first talk about the good news, which

is the approval of the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States,

where he is now an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court.

The effort to overturn the Senate, the effort to overthrow the

Senate by the left with violence and intimidation tactics didn't work.

And thankfully a majority of the senators voted for Judge Kavanaugh

despite efforts as I point out to disrupt the Senate and he was confirmed on

Saturday he was confirmed on Saturday.

He was sworn in almost immediately.

And he was ceremoniously sworn in at the White House on Monday evening.
