A federal court ruled that we can ask her additional questions in writing under oath about the email scandal, so a lot of discussion on that.

Plus we have a new important lawsuit on the Awan Brothers

Democratic IT scandal you may recall

the House Democrats had some corruption associated with their IT work that has in my view broad national security

and other implications that are going unnoticed by the establishment and frankly the Justice Department so I'll talk about that.

First up though is the big news about Hillary Clinton and the federal court ruling this week that she has to answer more questions on her email practices.

Now Judicial Watch has taken the lead and uncovering the Clinton email scandal.

In fact, it was our litigation, our freedom of information. the system that she was using to hide emails from you of the American people and from

Congress and from investigators.

And as a result of that misconduct, the Freedom of Information Act that Judicial Watch uses to investigate her State Department and other agencies was thwarted.

And the courts were misled, it looks like by the State Department and suggesting they had looked everywhere they needed to look in terms of responding to our FOIA request.

They never told us about these Clinton emails that they weren't looking at and courts were upset at that.
