A lot to talk about Mueller developments, text message stonewalling by the FBI, the Wiener

laptop and Clinton emails, and a new FISA court or new lawsuit by Judicial Watch against the deep state over

obstruction related to FISA court abuses and things like that.

So first things first is the outrageous conduct by the Justice Department, which has gotten

worse under this administration.

And this is the leadership's responsibility.

Attorney General Sessions and Rod Rosenstein need to take responsibility for the lack of transparency,

secrecy stonewalling on document requests to a from Judicial Watch, from Congress, and I'm sure

there are others who have been fighting the Justice Department for records as well.

And of course under the Justice Department is the FBI, which has also been caught

stonewalling and lying about documents and improperly withholding them.

Last week I told you that Judicial Watch had extracted a promise from the
