It's been a busy week.

I have a border crisis update. A new Clinton collusion

emails to tell you about. You won't believe them. And Judicial Watch is front and

center in the Supreme Court fight over whether or not the Trump administration should be able to figure out through the census how many foreign nationals are present here in the United States.

First up though was the Clinton emails that we uncovered or Clinton

email investigation emails that we uncovered out of the FBI. Now Judicial

Watch has been front and center on this issue you may remember or you should know

that it was Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act litigation

that exposed the Clinton email scandal.

We had covered the server through a Benghazi-related Freedom of Information

Act lawsuit.

The government was forced to fess up that they had the emails, and it was those disclosures that led to what turned out to be the

sham investigation by the Justice Department and the FBI into her handling of very limited investigation into her handling a classified

information. Now the Judicial Watch is now in the midst of discovery

meaning we're gathering evidence, court ordered discovery to figure out the

court wants to know whether her email system was set up to thwart the Freedom of Information Act, whether the State

Department, Justice Department, etc was trying to hoodwink judicial watch in the court

in withholding information about the Clinton email server issue.
